Working for Rationel Kim Blach Villadsen, 32, has a cand. Oecon and began working for Rationel in 2004. Right from the start Kim began working as an assistant for the sales director for Rationel, Denmark. At the same time Kim functioned as the group coordinator for the managing director and has therefore played a vital part in influencing the development of Rationel’s markets in England and Ireland. Since summer 2005 Kim has been based in Rationel’s UK department. Kim has responsibility for the entire internal organization, meaning internal sales, marketing and service. ”Ever since I began working for the VKR-group back in 2000, I have enjoyed the amazing corporate culture, at first in VKR, then VELUX and now in Rationel – common for all these are that employees and management really work together and make a difference. After switching to Rationel, I have primarily worked with sales, which in a way is a completely different world from my accounting background, but at the same time very educational. Amongst other things, I have been involved with the preparations for the growth Rationel is now experiencing.  It has been great to experience the support the management team really gives to those employees who demand more challenges.  At the moment I am located in Rationel, England, where I, as Operations Director, have responsibility for the internal organization.
