DOMUS - Topswing Window

The Topswing window is the ideal choice for apartment blocks and other areas were it is impossible to clean the window from the outside.

The window can be turned around up to 180 degrees to enable cleaning the exterior of the window from inside.

For security reasons the window has a built-in child safety catch which will activate when the window is opened 100mm. The window sash will be locked in this position and can only be opened further after the child safety catch has been deactivated.

The Topswing window also has a cleaning safety catch fitted which will engage when the sash has been turned through 180 degrees. The sash will be held automatically in this position until the catch has been released.

Topswing windows are suitable as fire egress rescue openings.
