DOMUS - Sideguided Window

The Sideguided window is ideal where external access for cleaning is restricted.

On opening one side of the frame slides towards the centre, thus creating a gap, this allows cleaning of the exterior glass of the window from the inside.

The window is operated by a single handle and has a built-in friction brake on windows over 743mm wide, which is activated by turning the handle into a vertical position. In this way the window can be maintained in an arbitrary open position of up to 90 degrees.  

Sideguided windows over 783mm wide are suitable as fire egress rescue openings.
