DOMUS - Topguided Window

The Topguided window is suitable in buildings where it is possible to clean the external pane of the windows from the outside. 

On opening the window the top of the frame slides downwards simultaneously the bottom of the window opens outwards.

This design provides excellent ventilation possibilities since the air is able to pass freely both at the top and bottom.

The window is operated by a single handle and comes with an adjustable level of resistance in the side arms.
